Just been looking at the list of runners in the Grand National tomorrow, I think past form can often go out the window with this race, I normally go for names, something relevant to me, there are a few relevant to the forum, I may choose one of the following,.....
    Ninetieth Minute,
    BecauseIcouldn'tseeit
    Quel esprit
    Soll
    Seabass
    Weird Al

Mr ltf has drawn Tarquinius in a sweep, but good luck to anyone having a flutter. <ok>

OK boys and girls, it's that time of the year where we all become experts on all things horse racing and seek to make our fortune backing a 'winner' at the Grand National... only for it to fall at the first fence.
To this end I thought I'd create a thread to collate all the tip and ITK knowledge surrounding the big race tomorrow.
So.. who are you going for?

Today's prices are bottom left hand corner of each horse... although they will have changed by now.

    Stuck a pin in.

    Sunnyhill Boy.
    Quel Esprit.
    Oscar Time.

A tricast should be worth a £ or two.

Teaforthree is a brilliant each way bet, probably the best jumper in the race and can run forever.

Ive done Teaforthree, Imperial Commander and of course, Forpadydeplasterer. All each way.

I hope none of them run and the course burns down in a massive fireball. The whole event is only kept alive by gambling and run by hurrah henrys who couldn't give a damn about horses (or any other animals, for that matter).

Two horses down already. It will be more by the end of tomorrow.

How anyone can call this sport will forever remains a mystery to me.
