? Well any stream in the UK that doesn't require a TV licence to watch Eurovision is illegal, so why not just watch it illegally on iPlayer?

The TV licence fascists will be all over me if I try that. They were all in my face when I was watching the Apprentice at work (which I checked, is allowed as my place of work at the time had a TV licence)

If anyone feels like sharing some... Alternative sources... My PMs are always open

So I've found a stream, a pretty decent quality stream tbf... but it's the audio descriptions stream. I'm all for blind people being able to watch tv and beggars can't be be choosers I guess, but hopefully they don't narrate what's happening during the songs.

I'm sure ya'll watching it as there's nothing else is importance on TV tonight

So turns out they DO narrate what is happening during the song. Luckily I was able to find another stream which was also pretty good quality. But at least I can rest assured that if I ever go blind, I'll still be able to enjoy Eurovision via the music and my imagination.

How men and women record things in their diaries…….

Wife's Diary:
Tonight, I thought my husband was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a nice restaurant for dinner.

I was shopping with my friends all day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment on it. Conversation wasn't flowing, so I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed, but he didn't say much.

I asked him what was wrong; He said, 'Nothing.' I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset. He said he wasn't upset, that it had nothing to do with me, and not to worry about it.

On the way home, I told him that I loved him. He smiled slightly, and kept driving. I can't explain his behaviour. I don't know why he didn't say, 'I love you, too.'

When we got home, I felt as if I had lost him completely, as if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore. He just sat there quietly, and watched TV. He continued to seem distant and absent. Finally, with silence all around us, I decided to go to bed. About 15 minutes later, he came to bed. But I still felt that he was distracted, and his thoughts were somewhere else. He fell asleep; I cried. I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with someone else. My life is a disaster.

Husband's Diary:
A two-foot putt ... who the hell misses a two-foot putt?

Not saying modern technology isn’t useful…I like the good bits, but it is too complicated a lot of the time. Have to renew my driving licence. Do it on line it said…great, expected a couple of questions but no…what a rigmarole. Thought I was nearly at end when it took me down another rabbit hole. Alternative is tick a couple of boxes on a form and post off. Guess what I’m doing.

Giving up driving?

Does anyone know of anyway to contact Amazon UK Customer services ?

Their website is driving me mad , I can’t even find a chat option .

Jasper

I hope it helped.

I found this telephone number after a long chase several years ago. This was the first time that I experienced a situation where the complaints department no longer had their telephone number advertised on line. Unforitnately, it is all too common nowadays.

Did you have any luck?

Cheers
Ian

Normally I click through my order and then it gives you a 'help with this order' and then they call you from that link?
It doesn't always work. I had an order about 2 years ago where my they never responded to a complaint.

The bigger issue for me is that my parcels always go to another address which is rented and continually changes occupant. Royal Mail are ok but not too pleased by Evri.
