Adrian Chiles has been suggested as a presenter for Top Gear. I suppose he'd be suitable if a really annoying person is essential for the job....which is possible I suppose.
I'm flying home for my daughters wedding next week (over the Alps). Bloody hate flying anyway. Won't be enjoying the view for sure. I knew the pilot on my last flight and he came out to say hello when he saw me on the passenger list. I hope he doesn't do that again!

Dont think that there are any words to describe this pilot and his actions. Its beyond comprehension why somebody even really down on his luck etc could condemn 149 innocent people incl children to this fate. There are certainly some flawed humans out there. FFS, what was he thinking ....
They aren't marshalling the roads properly. People are driving over roundabouts to cut in line and turning around and driving over hills. It is a mess. They aren't even checking on people now. So hopefully there are no more people getting hurt.
Sounds like it's the drivers who are the problem rather than the police. A lot of people don't realise just how few police there are patrolling the roads these days, due to successive government cuts. This is why Speed Watch schemes and dashboard cameras are becoming more and more important.
There are no police in most places tho Chilco that is the thing. It is a major accident they should be doing more. Yes blame the drivers as well, but the police aren't doing enough. They aren't even handing out water anymore. My dad was waiting for 6hrs. It took him 3hrs to get 100yds.
