Right enough Rorsch they're Mr Motivator's cast offs. I do need some cycling short having upped the Ks recent and getting saddle sore and saw those when doing an online search. I don't want the lycra warrior style something loser fitting but with the padding.
I often see this couple with matching bikes, matching lycra suits , matching water bottles, the works. And everytime I shake my head and think you sad ****s.

The soup is leaning on the chinese side with asian celery ear mushroom and whatever came to hand spice wise garlic and ginger, pinch of nutmeg, 5 spice and more. I'll eat later after a spin on the bikes, a good portion of each washed down with a robust red then head for the sofa snooze zone.
There used to be a tv series, Ever Decreasing Circles, that had a couple that wore the same outfits, named Howard and Hilda. Most of my family refer to people that dress that way by the same names.
Ok guys you have convinced me. I have 2 rump steaks that need to be eaten and I was going to make a 'Steak Pizzaiola' with basil & garlic roasties and asparagus & green beens. Seeing that above I am making a nice hot curry with them EDIT: My food delivery with ginger and coriander isn't here until tomorrow so will use them as the meat in my bolognese sauce instead.

People been trying to get me to watch it, but I dont have the motivation to sit there and focus on something I'm not really that bothered about watching in the first place.
My wife saw me in my Lycra several years ago and immediately asked me (not very politely) to change out of it. She then burnt it and swore she would leave me if she ever saw me in anything like it ever again. Sometimes I wish she would get off the fence and tell me what she really thinks.
