A bit like his playing days

 

Yeah, I texted my dad after I watched it, and said I'd like to see it with him.
I always remember sitting there together at the start of private ryan with our ear drums being assaulted, and the hairs on my neck were tingling. That's what the cinema should do.

 

Just before Christmas I broke a canine tooth, which couldn’t be crowned.
The only options were to leave it as it was or have a “one tooth denture” made to close the gap and remove the jagged tooth.
I chose the second option and this morning I returned to the dentist to have the tooth extracted and the denture fitted.
Oh my. Whilst performing the extraction the dentist managed to break an adjacent crown, in such a way that it couldn’t just be replaced, so I ended up having two extractions and the denture being returned to the manufacturers to have a second tooth added.
Still numb from the injections so I still have the pain/discomfort to come, and have to return in 3 days to have the denture fitted.
Not a happy bunny.

 

Just never go to a Union Dentist . One out all out.
Ps I hope they are not charging you for it.

 

Ouch. That’s tough Badge, I feel for you.

 

No charge, but I wouldn’t have paid if they had tried.

 

I just hope that I get on with the denture otherwise it will all have been a waste of time and money.

 

My great uncle died making butter on his farm last week.

It was a really unfortunate churn of events.

 

My next job will definitely be cleaning mirrors.

I can really see myself doing that.

 

I just bought some of those electronic scales that speak your weight. I got on them and it said one at a time please

 

All my friends think I’m weird for constantly eating ham and pineapple sandwiches.

But hey, that Hawaii roll.

Did anyone else, on here, watch Inside No9 last night?
If not you really should watch it on catch up. The title of the episode is “The referee’s a w**ker.” BBC 2.
I absolutely loved it.
“They demanded more colour, pinks, greens burgundies. We look more like Showadywady than football referees”, is a sample line from it.

 

No cats, just a crazy dog who chases everything but has no chance of catching anything.

 

I knew that already. The Robin would know.
