Buy a lottery ticket - your luck has to change soon.

Hope you feel better quickly. If it's any help I had it as a kid and it hasn't stopped me growing into the pretty much perfect specimen I am nowadays so I'm sure you'll be just dandy.

    https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/9...k-cab-rapist-high-court-ruling-parole-service

High Court has over-ruled the parole boards decision about Worboys. Common sense at last....when will people grasp that there are crimes and crimes. There are one offs that are unlikely to be repeated and there are people who will always be a danger because they are completely twisted. Yes, they can appear fine and upstanding in prison where they are not exposed to temptations or opportunities, but will behave differently when outside. The people who deserve a second chance are not the criminals but future victims. I believe in consecutive sentencing and not concurrent for serious crimes....multiple rapes and murders deserve multiple sentencing...each victim gets their piece of justice and the public are protected.

Woken up at 2am last night by a screech and a bang as a police chase ended right outside my house. at least 4 police cars, 2 police vans, a load of cops and a police dog running around searching for a second man who seemingly ran off somewhere towards the gardens of the houses opposite. overheard the police talking about how somebody was pissed they kicked his door in though i didn't see that.

as if i wasn't struggling with the hour change already :emoticon-0113-sleep:emoticon-0113-sleep

The problem is that the parole board operates under laws set by the government. That meant that they were not allowed to take into account the later allegations. For that, remember, is all they were. "Innocent until proven guilty" does mean something (though not on internet forums). The parole board is getting it in the neck when they were following the rules set for them.

I stress this post is about the case in question, not a defence of rape, before someone misreads my intent.

Get well soon Jasper, hope the antibiotics sort it out quickly. Now if you had said that you were in isolation with Scarlett Johansson, I'd have been very jealous

Well the Infectious diesese Doctor has just seen me . She says it is not Scarlett fever . She said the rash would suggest in all probability it is , however the blood tests and throat swabs have proved negative . She will see further advice . I said have you ever seen a rash like this , where it was not a case of Scarlett fever ? She said no . In her opinion I have had an extreme case of the Flu .She said don't be dismissive ( I wasn't ) she said the Flu can be very very serious .
