Spoiler: Game of Thrones I don't think so for three reasons. 1) Why not just let him die by the fire of Drogon if he's going to die 2 seconds later drowning after he'd just been saved. 2) Tyrion was there, and he had a very similar drowning shot in Valeria only for Jorah to drag him out. 3) I think he's going to have a bigger part to play in the downfall of Cersei. Amazing episode! So tense. My biggest concerns right now are, what is Littlefinger scheming. And with the long awaited reunion of the Stark children, you just get the feeling that something is going to go badly wrong. A bittersweet reunion. Perhaps when Jon returns.
Spoiler: Not a spoiler like this Just write your spoiler in between the fancy square brackets. I'm always scared it won't work so click 'more options' instead of post and then preview it before posting to make sure.
For future reference, one of the symbols above the Reply box is a + sign. Click on that, and one of the options is Spoiler. Click on that, and then follow the instructions.
I feel like a fool now. I never knew that. I've just made it myself with the brackets etc. This is much easier
If only a mod or previous one had bothered talking the time to post some 'help' messages to us punters......
Spoiler: GoT Agreed. Someone will save him and then he will be Daenarys' prisoner and Tyrion will be conflicted as he's already in the dog-house, whilst Jaime is slowly turning against Cersei. Littlefinger has been awfully written so far this season, just hanging around saying pretty meaningless things so hopefully he kicks it up a notch. He's the best schemer on the bloody show, or was. The show needs to crack on as we still have to see Jon go north with his merry men (who should be on their way to winterfell or the wall) and in the next episode he's still at Dragonstone. And we may yet get some parentage info from Bran. Only 3 episodes left this season but 6 & 7 are longer.
Spoiler: GoT I do agree about Littlefinger. It seems like the show has hit fastforward and only the plots important to the bigger story are getting coverage. Anything more complicated, all the mysterious scheming that we used to see has taken a back seat. And I understand that to a point with the limit on time, it's just a little disappointing given that Littlefinger is such a great charcter. It's the same as Varys character being dumbed down, he was known as the master of whisperers and yes they sort of explained things by Qyburn buying his little birds services in Kings Landing...but Varys used to have little birds all over the 7 Kingdoms and in Essos too and now all he does is stand there and say a good line every now and then. 3 episodes left this series! Jon will probably maybe travel back to the North by the end of the next episode and any battle with the White Walkers is likely to be saved for the last episode I reckon. Bran is basically Dr Manhattan now and my guess is we'll get his parentage reveal to Jon stuff in the second to last episode.

Well I finally watched Dr Strange [2016]. I got past Benedict Cumberbatch's cod US accent. I even got into the story a bit because really good actors kept popping up, and my train of thought went something like... if they signed on to appear in this, then it can't be too bad... I was wrong. It is thoroughly unconvincing. At no point does one believe in this film. Visually, it is quite stunning, but visuals count for nothing when you don't give a ****. That's the problem with this film. It really tries very hard to get the viewer to invest in caring for the lead acting heroes, and disliking the actor villians, but really I could not give a toss from the first second to the last. Ultimately, I actually fell asleep [a condition only historically reserved for viewing F1 racing], but I did have the determination [or maybe stupidity] to go back and watch it from where I lost consciousness. Absolutely not recommended.
He has been walking the streets so long, singing the same old song. RIP Glen Campbell. #RhinestoneCowboy
Oh no He was obviously ill and 81 isn't a bad age but still a real shame. By the Time I Get to Phoenix makes me cry every time and I really liked his last single release. RiP Mr Campbell
