I think if you asked most Gills supporters he has to be the most detested guy. He did a decent job with Crawley but only because someone was putting stupid money into the club at the time (record conference fees paid). Can't remember the exact circumstance now but we all knew it would eventually implode. Hence then he moved to Rotherham.
