    Disagree about Real. They've got some very exciting players. Since they got rid of Ramos and Pepe they're a lot better. And Modric is a class act at 36.

    Real Madrid deserve it to be honest, they’ve worked so so hard.


    To limit Liverpool, city, Chelsea, PSG AND inter Milan to such few goals in the same tournament is ****ing ridiculous

    I don’t watch them except what I’ve seen in the Champions league and they have done what they have needed to do. But been very fortunate, negative, dull, dive a lot and fake injuries etc. just ‘anti football’ imo. Obviously you play to win however you can, but as a spectator I don’t like to watch them. They attack like twice a game and somehow keep winning.

    When have they faked injuries? They're nowhere near as bad as other teams for doing that. I quite enjoy watching them TBH. Vinicius Junior is such an exciting player.

    Some achievement by Real to knock out Chelsea, PSG, City AND beat Liverpool in the final. Fully deserve to be European champions.

    I’m aware it’s not just a Madrid thing, but when a team that sets up to just defend and try and nick a goal does it, it’s more frustrating.

    They go on the defensive because the other side are coming onto them. They don't setup to defend. City 4-3 Real Madrid semi final first leg - a brilliant, brilliant game. Chelsea 1-3 Real Madrid - they attacked. They have a manager who adapts to each game as necessary, hence why he's won so many trophies.

    I saw articles early today talking about how their season was still a success even if they lost tonight. Which is kind of true but it is all relative given the quadruple was being constantly talked about

    They were lucky in their two cup wins as well. No outright wins

    Ancelotti has to be one of the greatest managers of all time. Only manager to win the PL, Ligue 1, Serie A, Bundesliga and La Liga, plus multiple CL wins.
