Why are people worried about playing a team that hasn't beaten us this season? Knock them out and the cup is ours
If Liverpool and Chelsea had drawn each other, I'd have accepted us getting home to City. Better to play them at home than at Wembley. But with the big boys yet again avoiding each other before the SFs - which seems to happen every year - we're still looking at potentially needing to take out all three of them, if we want to win it.
Conspiracy theory! Can Forest (if they Best Udders' ) reawaken the hoodoo they had over Liverpool in the years 78-80? Good that SFC are at home. It will be a cracking atmósphere!!
Oh FFS not more conspiracy bollocks. Numbers equate to the tie from the previous round. Saints v West Ham was tie number 5 in the 5th round, hence we were number 5.
Also, if there were conspiracies afoot (there aren't), you wouldn't see City, Chelsea and Liverpool (and probably Everton, assuming they can beat mighty Boreham Wood) all playing away matches. That's a fair amount of revenue down the drain.
One thing I will say is that at least they all got drawn away. Hopefully Forest will beat Huddersfield as I think they'll give Liverpool a game. Chelsea aren't playing particularly well and Boro have dispatched Man United and Spurs already. They're not slam dunkers to progress.
