Yes, so he gets to live in his mansion until his trial, spending his vast amount of money, all while being charged with crimes he could get a life sentence for if convicted. Yes, he hasn't been convicted of anything but it sucks he's out while the vast majority of the population would be remanded in custody until the trial.
