I hear Alexander-Arnold (not Trent as people would call him), played in CM today despite never playing a minute of senior football there. Jwp might as well give up now, and try and find a Scottish distant cousin or something.
The Brazil v Argentina World cup qualifier should be tasty KO at 8pm, i've gone for Brazil in my acca. Stream here, no English commentary... http://www.redditsoccerstreams.tv/watch/sport-tv-1 Some x-rated tackles already...
Crazy scenes, Brazilian Health Authority Officials have come on to the pitch and ordered 4 Argentinian players to be deported!, the match is currently interrupted with the Argies back in their dressing room....only in South America. English stream here... http://hockeyweb.site/daily/news/brazil05/?sport=soccer
After a 1-1 home draw with Honduras where Canada couldn't convert a bunch of chances (and also surrendered a few because whatever this team has in attacking talent, it makes up for in defensive fragility), it was off to Nashville to play their traditional tormentors in the United States. And...they were good? Like, it's only a draw, but they had the better opportunities to win and generally looked like the equal of the USMNT. CONCACAF qualifying is a ridiculous gauntlet (each team plays 14 matches), and away matches in Central American nations tend to be brutally difficult to win, so Wednesday at home to El Salvador looms large. Alphonso Davies limped off late, which is a bit of an issue as he's Canada's best player by an absolute mile, so his availability is dubious. Win and Canada will have laid down a real marker in the chase for the top three. This has been your eagerly-anticipated Canadian Football Update.
Yeah looks like Argentina / the players involved deliberately violated Brazilian border law by claiming they hadn’t been in the U.K. for 14 days prior to the fixture, good thing no one follows the PL eh. Hilariously it looks like Brazil have been threatened with the loss, because an FA deliberately breaking border laws is far less significant right?
Ref's on the payroll here. I'm all for letting the game flow but this Poland team is a bit too touchy feely.
