The only criticism of VAR I have is that Leicester’s goal shouldn’t have counted

Frustrating as Chelsea were there for the taking and we have rediscovered a bit of form...ah well there's always next year.

Yeah, it certainly wasn't vintage Chelsea. Can't help but think "what if".

What helps me to get over it is that I couldn't see either of our two keepers making the two saves which Kasper made,

There are times you can say that, but that was an incredible moment.

Also importantly it was the correct decision.

I am somewhat jealous of Leicester hogging all of these moments, but I nearly celebrated as hard as I would if we won when the final whistle went. Glad to see a non big 6 side to win it (ironic as Leicester are a bigger side than Arsenal and Spurs in terms of recent success) especially after their shenanigans recently. They don’t deserve to be a part of these occasions, never mind win it.

Bittersweet as I don’t believe I will ever see us do something like this, but hey ho as good as it can get as a neutral.

Imagine beating Fulham in the afternoon and then winning the FA Cup in the evening.

    Absolutely

This is just the reverse of Gabbiadini's 'first' goal v Man Utd for us. Slightly less dramatic as it wasn't 89th minute

Sure, if you're a fan of an arm, which you can't score from, being offside.

I don't understand everyone saying it was a correct decision.

Do I need my eyes tested?

If anyone fancies a laugh there's a poster on the Spud board trying to argue that they've had a better last 5 years than Leicester.

it was very very marginal, but Mount was ahead of the last man when the ball was played.

It was more conclusive to look at because the Leicester player had his back to goal and Mount was leaning forward, so at least it wasn’t a sleeve decision.

    Very fractional but correct.

This my gripe on VAR. Unless you have a device in each boot verifying the point of contact then its a subjective analysis of the video which then moves to a more accurate analysis of the lines across the pitch (assuming of course they are drawn in the correct position). Unless there is a clear case to overrule the decision on the pitch then it should not be changed.

I really do admire a lot about the way the Srivaddhanaprabha family have run Leicester for the past decade or so.

Hopefully another "City" can inflict another defeat on Chelsea next week.. Real supporiters as opposed to plastics, unless there are now hordes of fans from Hampshire who are now Manchester City supporters.

Not bothered about the so-called 'plastics'. That's a bit of a cringe complaint that is attached to any team that becomes successful. But it is very satisfying to see a club like Leicester - who represent exactly what can be achieved for all the middle-sized clubs up and down the country - beating a club like Chelsea - who represent the bullsh*t money-driven side of the game.

Personally I couldn't give a sh*t about the Champions League final. That is not a game for genuine fans of the English game to get excited about. If you look at the bigger picture, between them Chelsea and Man City have f*cked the domestic football scene in this country. 10 out of a possible 17 titles have been won by Chelsea/City since Abramovich got involved.

All Chelsea and Manchester City have done is make sure that winning titles wasn't a virtual monopoly as it had become under Ferguson.

Alex Ferguson was Pep, Klopp, Poch, Wenger, Mourinho and whoever else, rolled into one. An absolute titan of the game. Sure he was a red-faced twat too, but he achieved success over 20 years re-inventing his teams again and again. He had money at his disposal, and made a few marquee signings along the way, but nothing at all like the way City and Chelsea do, year on year. If you prefer Sheikh wotsisname or some Russian olygarch winning titles as opposed to true footballing genius, then good for you. Hopefully you'll get a Euro Super League soon too.
