Out of the cup, struggling in the league. I think the Liverpool board really need to be considering Klopp’s position
Was thinking to myself that when the team are struggling is when the manager really starts earning his pay. Liverpool were excellent last season but they’ve gone off the boil this one and Klopp doesn’t seem to know how to work his way out of it. I imagine he’ll be given a ****-load of money again and they’ll be scouting around the “small” clubs as to whom they can steal .... I mean “persuade to move”. I honestly think they might struggle to qualify for CL now, as that looks like the Manchester clubs, Spuds and probably Leicester. Should be interesting if we can pick up a few more points - we could end up above them!!
Cavani was leaning back, virtually laying ready for a “fall”. Yes, Fabinho knee’s the back of Cavani’s leg, which was dangling. Soft to the extreme.
and for me, not. I believe I described it exactly right above. Actually felt for Fabinho. Still, LFC done & one of MU or Spam out next round & that suits me.
Do u ever use logic in your refereeing? What is fabinho meant to do just not challenge for the ball on the edge of his own box?
But if that player had "dived" earlier on in the game for a similar "soft foul" you wouldnt of given it going by your on refereeing philosophy.
Ordinarily I'd want Everton to lose this. Another rival crossed out. But, quite obviously, they'd be more likely to knock Spurs out than either Wednesday or Wycombe.
