My understanding was all clubs agreed to not play the first minute, maybe that has since changed. As it's mental health I think fans should be encouraged to take the minute to talk to each other about anything they're experiencing rather than thinking about for a minute without anyone else knowing. That's the ideal world anyway.

People already struggle to understand MH. Take a minute to think about people, maybe focus on the quiet ones. Then take some time, later in the day or week, take them aside. Buy them a coffee and ask them if they are alright, and make sure you get a real response.
