Plymouth & Southend keep swapping places. One of them is going down! But who?

 

Could be both if Scunthorpe turn it right around vs Plymouth (not that they would deserve to).

 

It's the problem that Southend have got by only drawing Sunderland. They're reliant on Scunthorpe equalising against Plymouth - but there's absolutely zero incentive for Scunthorpe or Plymouth to then accept such a draw. They would both be going all out for a winner - which could even include scoring on the counter attack, when the opposition send their keeper up for a corner. There's next to no chance of it finishing level in that one.

 

I'm sensing a twist is in the making.

Gutted for Plymouth. Was hoping they'd stay up after recovering from their hellish few years.

Pompey have only got 2 points from the last possible 9, and Doncaster 4 from the last 12.

 

So Pompey play Sunderland, Charlton play Donny, in the semis? Is that how it works?

Eastleigh take on salford today at 15.30 in their next play off game. Salford are partly owned by the class of 92 with Beckham ,Butt both Nevilles ,Giggs and Scholes each with a 10% share.

 

Good luck Eastleigh . Possibly 2 games away from entering the football league for the first time in their history .

 

Not a penalty. But it should mean Derby into the play-offs. Albeit maybe with Lawrence missing both legs, if he gets a retrospective ban.

 

If he's missing both legs he could play up front for us. Couldn't do much worse than our current forwards.
