Thought someone would snap up Dean Smith.......got to feel sorry for Brentford, but Villa is a big lure for sure.
Big news week at Villa. But, that is sad news. He had a lot of haters, but the guy would turn up to most home games. Looked well last time I saw him. rip
Leonardo Jardim (Monaco manager, was in charge when they won the league and got to the semis of the CL) has been sacked. Interested to see where he goes next
surprised they got rid so quickly after a downturn. He should be a legend winning them the league and making loads of money for them. Instead they've chucked him on the scrapheap
A long an in depth interview with Nile Ranger with True Geordie (who originally got famous through a video slagging Ranger off), actually a pretty good listen
I like Jardim, but they've been pretty appalling; 10 matches without a win and sitting in the relegation zone at this point would cost just about every manager their position. Might be a tough sell for Man Utd's media-conscious management group on that basis, though it's a move I'd probably make without a second thought. I'd also replace Mourinho with Gritty, the Philadelphia Fliers psychotic new mascot, so I'm not sure how much of an endorsement that is.
I think Ronaldo has a case to answer. Which, until this evening, I kinda didn't. I assumed this was someone just trying to make some money from a far off fling.....as so often happens now-a-days. But there is some damning evidence against him, and some from his own legal team. This may well be the biggest trial of the decade.
https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/45823397 Well done Chelsea for this move. Let´s hope they finally get rid of the fans who bring shame on what is now one of the Top 10 clubs in the world in terms of their income and huge global fan base. They do not need any of their Neanderthals who live in places such as Woking.
