Don´t worry guys. Sevilla managed to turn around a 3 goal déficit against Liverpool, and with respect to the great Sevilla team, I don´t think they are in the same class as Manchester City. Besides which, this tournament is still a learniing curve for them. How long did it take for Manchester United to win it? And Liverpool to win their first European trophy? Nearly a decade after competing regularly.
Liverpool excellent. Ripping Man City's midfield and defence a new one. Fernandinho overrun and constant one or two on ones against the City defenders who are diving in and everything is last ditch.
City have been suprisingly predictable. Same build up play through the middle every time, eventualy working the ball to Sane or Walker who have both been poor. Both slow the attacks down so much
Paddy power: “The great thing about Liverpool, is that they can still go on and lose this game” . They look so comfortable so far though
Fancied Liverpool to win by a couple tonight. City need a couple of away goals. 4-2 and I’d favour city to go through
3-0 ht. Unbelievable. Long way to go of course and still expect City to score tonight, they're gonna have to now really.
Unfortunately, pace and pressing is how they are winning. Our players prefer ponderous and disinterested
