No pleasure over getting this one right. Always ****ing happens with English fans in Rome. About time they were banned from Europe for a year. We've certainly got our fair share of idiots in this country which seems to be increasing but some parts of Europe consistently target foreign fans and seemingly get away with it.
If you didn’t notice the injury to Nunes’ finger, during City’s game last night, here’s a link. Don’t look if you’re squeamish. https://x.com/EPLBible/status/1765492698595709245?s=20
Saw highlights of Bayern v Mainz and Kane's goals. He really seems to be enjoying his football there. The more I see of Kane, the more I respect him as a footballer. Unlike a plethora of very talented footballers whose careers seem to fade by the time they are 25 (Barkley, Mount, Abraham and Calvert-Lewin), this guy keeps on getting better. Is this because he works very hard to avoid serious injury by maintaining a high level of fitness and caring for his lifestyle while the others succumb to fast cars and clubbing?
Tella scored yesterday in yet another win for Bayer Leverkusen, beating Wolfsburg 2-0. That's 25 unbeaten in the league. 36 unbeaten in all competitions. Incredible stuff.
Reading owner Dai Yongge appears to be about to sell their training ground, which was only built a few years ago, to Wycombe. Built for £50m, likely selling for a small fraction of that. Whether the money will go to Reading's coffers or find its way elsewhere remains to be seen. https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...owner-dai-yongge-training-ground-sale-wycombe
