1-0 would be a great result for them though.

    Wouldn't say great personally.

My prediction was 1-0 here n 0-0 at the KP... looking good at the moment.

No way their beating Atletico 2-0 even at home.

Considering the way they've played, they haven't been great. And to only be one down I'd say is pretty good. Schmeichel's distribution been poor all evening

Commentator summed it up, Atletico haven't really committed to scoring a second goal

Don't think they will be happy with a dodgy 1-0. They earned a 0-0.

Atletico should have the wit and experience to survive and maybe win in Leicester. Really surprising that a team as poor as Leicester can come this far in the CL. The last time two poor teams got this far and beyond was in 2007 with AC Milan defeating Liverpool in the final.

Not very clever in the least, witless and provocative to say the least in front of the riot police who were just itching to lash out. Would have been better to sing, "Nos gusta tu vino, Nos gusta tu vino" That would have made the riot police laugh instead of lashing out.

They weren't poor but compared to the Baresi, Donadoni plus the three Dutchmen AC Milan side, it wasn't of the same vintage.

We differ slightly. It just seems their fall from grace has been so swift. When they played against Manchester United and lost, they were unrecognisable from the Milan that had previously wiped the floor with United teams. I really do miss a great Milan ruling the roost in Europe.

Now with that final sentence I agree completely.

But the Milan team around that time still had the likes of Maldini, Nesta, Pirlo, Kaka, Shevchenko etc.

Would be good to see Juve win the CL, 10 years after the last Italian win in this competition. How they mixed menace with skill, and the little bit of crafty gamesmanship last night!! Wonderful!!!

Shame about the trouble in Madrid tonight.

Whilst it seems that they are all idiots, I am reminded of a night in Milan in October. High spirits, all day drinking and harmless fun. Could easily see how it could have gone a bit wrong, but it was just harmless fun (in Milan) and no anti songs (that I heard).

LL & I had the same convo that it could be easily be seen as the English looking for trouble in Milan, but we all just had a bit of fun and no-one was hurt or abused. Fine line though I think.

Well I guess Father's Gun doesn't really cut it at this level. Can you imagine the average Milanese supporter giving an actual ****.? <laugh>

Which, by the way, is yet another reason why it needs to be dropped. Thank goodness we hear less of it these days. Never hearing again would be an improvement.

It took me quite a while to work out what "Father's Gun" is about. I was thinking, is it from a musical or film or even book, then the cent dropped!!
