Well done Leicester City. Non-glamour English club beats Spanish club. Peculiarly, had it been an English glamour club I'd probably have been rooting for Seville.

 

Very emotional Leicester City fan on Radio 5 Live match reaction programme, and who could blame him. He said 'little old Leicester' and almost choked getting the rest of his speech out.

 

Well done Leicester, a fantastic achievement and I'm chuffed for the fans.

I hope they draw Real Madrid/Bayern/Barca in the next round.

The only good thing about this is Leicester will get annihilated in the next round.

 

Or Rowett goes to Sunderland if they are relegated. How about Nigel at Derby, or Norwich. It seems that Pardew has been linked with every vacancy imaginable. Next stop Barcelona, perhaps?

Beating a non glamour Spanish club. Had it been Barcelona or Real Madrid, I would have been pleased for Leicester, but as it is Sevilla I am really disappointed. Let's hope Atletico pull Leicester out of the hat on Friday and finally send Leicester on their way out.

Now it is the turn of Manchester City. I can see this City reaching the final, despite the presence of better teams. So if qf draw goes like this

Real v Barca
Bayern v Juve
Atletico v Dortmund
Leicester v Manchester City (optimistically)

 

That's the draw I'd like to see the least. Be **** for the fans to face an English side now, I hope to get a trip to the Bernabeu.

As for the competition, I want Juve to win it.

 

Some people thought Sevilla would destroy them. What an achievement so far.

 

No disrespect to Sevilla but they're not in the same class as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern etc. Leicester will get hammered by any of those and I am thoroughly looking forward to it if they get drawn against them. Absolutely detest Leicester now.
