    I thought it was okay - Chelsea missing 2 in a row ended it as a contest.

    Frank Lampard got it spot on though, while the others on BT were trying to make out how complicated it was, he pointed out it's the same as before, you just have to score when it's your turn.

    League cup kicks off tonight under the name of a Thai energy drink <doh>

    We enter in the second round for the first time since 2014/15 as we're not in any European competition.

    Blue few away to Championship Cardiff. Shame Rickie not there anymore but hoping they win and we get a derby.

    Anyone know when the draw is? Can't find it on the website, wondering if it's tomorrow or Thursday as Sunderland play then.

    Wouldn't mind either of the Brizzle sides or Reading away.

    ****ing Liverpool again. Used him as a make weight in my opinion to get the players they really wanted agitated. Never in a million years was he going to end up getting a great last hurrah in red. Wish he'd ditched the rose tinted spectacles and shown us the loyalty we deserved. Don't begrudge him his move but he would have retired a hero here whatever happened.

    Always thought they only brought Rickie in to help Adam along.

    Rickie is still a hero. Probably the biggest in my Saints supporting life.
