I did wonder why the asterisks were there. Yeah must be random, I might have another go yet, I didn't get any Scottish grounds which was lucky cos I wouldn't have a clue/ I'm pretty good with England/Wales on a map thouguh.
It's one thing knowing the name of a stadium and which club it belongs to. It's another knowing exactly where the bloody town is.!
I was on a roll. Spot on through 3 rounds and then got the 60 mile out one. I think I lost mileage on 4 in total.
The club is a big hint though (and being as I ballsed up on that ground, by having the wrong club, I wished you'd done that before me )
Piece of cake. You know I do it quite often. The thing is, to give people plenty of idea you're doing it. It's only worthwhile if people can discover it. Exactly.! Only works on the PC version of this forum and for those on phone using the PC version. The Not606 App is too simple to be fooled by it. You may wonder why I got the 2% error. I did the first 5 or 6 the proper way. Only then did I get bored and decide to see if I could nail the rest with Google Maps.
There you go.! I did one the other day where I made some wild football claim and afterwards put of course I may be fibbing, in white colour. Not sure everyone who read the post saw it though.
Gary Neville (yes, Gary Neville) has been appointed as the new manager of Valencia. He will be assisted by Phil Neville. Contract is initially until the end of the season.
Has he really? I thought Phil was gonna get the gag and hasn't Gary been linked with Fulham? Does this mean giving up SKY duties?
He really has! He is going to be leaving Sky Sports with immediate effect, yes. He'll keep his job as England assistant though, I believe.
Not a huge shock, as Peter Wim owns Valencia and Salford, so is good buddies with the Nevilles. I hope Gary is a success as he has gone up in my estimations (I am sure he'll be thrilled ) since he has been a pundit.
Crazy, on the beeb now: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34985168 Will be keeping a close eye on this, you can see how good his understanding of the game is and I have him down as a possible future English boss. Good luck to him. Sky punditry will certainly suffer from it though, MNF won't be the same without the Carra & Nev duo
That should prove interesting. Plenty of pundits are not brave enough to put their reputations on the line. Fair play to him, and his brother Phil. Tbh, it's quite a gamble by Valencia, but it's a heck of a first job.
