Took my binocs out to Cley nature reserve on Sunday and was like the
proverbial kid in the sweetshop - awesome. Ducks, geese and waders everywhere <ok>

For those of you who are anti Boris, my daughter has attended several meetings chaired by him concerning Covid ( she works in MOD in section that deals with its impact on the military ) and her impression is that he is barking, but very clever. My new avatar is designed to cheer your dull lives up a bit.

Has anyone watched 'Ted Lasso" about an American football coach hired to manage a PL team? It's a good show with a lot of laughs in it. (Except for the part where Palace beat NCFC 6-0).
 
Junk food adds to be banned before 9pm on the UK it has been announced today. Why can’t they do something like this with betting companies?
