Completed RDR a few weeks after it came out, but my PS3 got the YLOD. And yep, you guessed it, I didn't back up my data I had fun playing it, but I'm struggling to find the motivation to play through it again.
I've had two PS3's now. The embarrassment of asking if they could remove the blue cheese from the inside of the first was terrible. The joys of having a toddler The second one is on a high shelf and out of reach.
Red Dead Redemptions an absolutely brilliant game (in my opinion). Definately worth buying and sticking with it to complete it to see the storyline . I've bought the new Fight Night, not going to play it until friday though when I start my break from uni for easter (too many essays due to get addicted to it now). Anyone else got it?
yes you do unfortunately. Depending where you buy it from, a 12 month xbox live membership can cost you anywhere between 33-39 quid. just renewed mine and set me back ã34. you can also renew it monthly for a fiver a month but it's much cheaper to join for a year. I'd say it's definately worth it. Games like COD/FIFA/tiger woods etc take on a whole new level online. Plus there's always the chance that you come up up against some mackem bastard who's spent about ã200 on xbox points so he can have an amazing team, and you go on to pummell him 6-0 with nolan scoring a hat trick!!!! (did this last night, the poor unwashed was not amused)

Yep I've got it, absolutely dire on it though...A lot quicker than the last one and combinations are easier to put together!
Red Dead Redemption is quality, easily one of my favourite games for the PS3, was everything that GTA4 wasn't!

Just started another career mode on Fifa11 with Newcastle, just goes to show how easy it is to put together a pretty decent squad with the budget (and, of course, selling a chunk load of their players) I just compiled this in one transfer window. It was the end of the transfer window, like last day, and the only player left who would sign with me. But in a bid as a bit of a joke and ended up going through with it. Got him for only like 7mil though, which isn't bad for a 79 rated player. Decent for free kicks, corners etc. Not too quick though. Samba and Colo are immense together, and the attack of Ben Arfa Gervinho and Neymar is equally incredible. Just thought I'd share!

Thing is, i still have 35 mil to spend, and had two players about to sign, but the transfer window closed before the player could respond with contract offers. I was about to sign Hazard and Agbonlahor, and sell Lovenkrands. Guess i'll just have to wait until the jan transfer window :S
Yeah I had a few mil spare. Always attempt to sign Hazard at some point but given up for some reason. Same with Kranjcar, yeh he's good but Spurs always want at least 17mil and I dont think he's worth that. It's incredible how you can sell Lover, Raylor, Xisco etc all for 5mil each! haha

Just started a career with Lincoln City too. Signed Grella from Leeds. Him and Ashley Grimes are ripping league two apart. Top of the league at the minute, about half way through. Shame Grimes is actually on loan so of course won't get him next season!
Yeah im in league 1 as I restarted as I got to 9th season got bored winning the premiership every season with Gills so started again, more fun this time I think
I normally just get a team to Prem, attempt to win once or twice then give up. Gets boring really. My favourite bit is always the first transfer window with a new team.
