Can't you assign different stadiums to teams if that bothers you? Not sure, but could add some variety to things.
Need some FM help! A while ago in a 'backroom advice meeting' I was advised to tell a certain player ti develop a 'long flat bullet throw'. So I did. And he did. Thing is it doesn't work AT ALL, it hits the first man every time. But every time we get a throw in and this guy is on the pitch he does it, even when I set throws-ins to 'short' in team settings. What do I do?

Not sure yet but I hope so. The career aspect of the virtual pro needs to be altered too. Substitutions, January transfers, putting it a transfer request, wage demands, etc. Would make it more fun.
Virtual Pro's are ****ing annoying. I hate when people use their level 90 pro's and think it's different from using a level 90 player that they've just created and boosted it's stats.
I heard in a Q&A with David Rutter that they polished it but they're more focused on manager mode. Take that as code for "we couldn't be arsed, we'll do it later",
Cheers lads The thing that really pisses me off about it is the fact that saddacts cheat and can level their pro up to things like 127 WTF is the point in that?!
