At least Krul has high potential as shown at 00:20, that's after about one season I think.

They also tried implementing a swap system but it didn't work out because the AI was making stupid decisions. They said they'll work on it for FIFA 13 though.

Also worth noting that clubs can be took over by big money owners in career mode as well, that doesn't include the players club though.

What, so if you're playing as a club that can't get taken over whilst you're still in charge? That sucks! It'll just mean a couple of AI teams can get big bucks then I might have to start a career as a different club and wait for Newcastle to get taken over then
