I wouldn't worry about us buying a kid with no experience at all for £10m We usually wait for Spurs to sign them, then pay 30m a couple of years later.
Just checked, it was only 4 million apparently. I could have swore it was announced that it was 10million at the time.
The lad is 22 now. He's played a couple of Premier league games. He took the Championship by storm when he played there and he's been outstanding when playing for England. He's got experience and it seems like you have been watching him forever. I'm expecting a bid for him, unfortunately.
Dick Nick Powell, isn't that the dude you signed from Crewe? He's an AM, I thought he was alright. Guessing he turned out **** then?
Man Utd have more chance i I never realised. He was in the sticks for my first ever Safc game against Walsall at Roker.
Don't really know much about him apart from he was involved in the deal that brought Tony Norman here. Loved him, by the way.
Norman was immense. I went to his debut agains I was at his debut at roker when we hammered Pompey 4-0 Amazing keeper
You'll have to forgive me mate I'm not overly familiar with the jolly north east lingo, but judging from your earlier tone, I'm going to take that as a firm YES, the contract is now legally binding, I'll post Nick Powell in a sack, 2nd class to the nearest tip and you can pick him up from there
