I like Nigel but I can't support Reading. Too boring. I'd much rather see Forest, Watford and Leeds come up.

Reading are not the most exciting team to watch in the Championship. Watford look weaker than they did last season, so I would like Wigan, Derby and Burnley to go up.

Derby were my pre season tip. Looking lively outsiders.

Can I just mention Coventry.Deducted ten points and playing all their home games at Northampton. With a third of the season gone they are in 11th place having scored 34 goals and three points of the play off spots.I think that is a pretty remarkable achievement. If you have time nip over and say hi to daveskyblue on their board. It looks pretty lonely!

I originally tipped Wigan and Bolton as the top 2. Still not out of the question, but looks unlikely in Bolton's case. Doncaster, Barnsley and Yeovil were my tips to go down, and so far I'm being proved right.

In League 1 my top 2 were Wolves and Brentford with Shrewsbury, Colchester, Gillingham and Coventry going down. Pleasantly surprised at what Coventry are doing, and I like how Shrewsbury and Colchester are getting on

And in League 2 my top 3 were Chesterfield, Oxford and Portsmouth with Accrington and Dag & Red to be relegated.

Sounds like Middlesbrough are about to appoint Aitor Karanka. That's interesting.

First time in charge of a club for him isn't it? Bit of a gamble but it could pay off!

It is, yeah. He's managed the Spain U16 side, but that's it. He was most recently Mourinho's assistant at Real Madrid..

By all means he seems a very highly-regarded coach though, might be one to keep an eye on.

Middlesbrough are apparently close to getting him, but Palace remain keen.

Who would you rather manage if you were him... Palace or Middlesbrough? I mean Palace have plenty of points up for grabs but not enough quality in the squad and I think they will go down, seems like they are resigned to it to some extend and have invested the windfall into improving/purchasing facilities and such, I'm not even sure their team would be pushing for promotion from the Championship this season to be honest, not without the confidence they had the season before, us now and them then show how much of a confidence game football is!

I haven't really been following Middlesbrough, I just remember us tonking them at home in the Championship :) do they have much chance of going up? Only 8 points off the playoffs.

I'd go to Boro personally. I know Palace are already PL and better supported, but he'd effectively be waiting until the summer before another clear-out and start of a rebuild.

I think with players like Carayol, Kamara, Jutkiewicz, Emnes and Adomah he could soon introduce the fluid play to Boro.

If Boro got back into the PL too, I think themselves and their owner would have more potential and amibitions than Palace may.

    I could be wrong!

Derby County's stadium, Pride Park, has been renamed the iPro Stadium.

    It's a 10 year agreement.

Could be worse - Carson had already saved a penalty before the goal

It could be worse, we could have gone 45 minutes without a single shot. Oh wait-
