I recall a great 'twist' at the end. I also love 'The Paradine Case' with CL as the judge along with Gregory Peck and the stunning AnnTodd; another great courtroom drama.

If I 'came across' (pun intended) a few million quid I would purchase a filly out of the soon to be retired Treve and name her 'Black Negligee!

Sorry if any of the breeding terminology is incorrect; not my strong point whether equine or human!!!

You can always do a search on your posts containing words of your choice. I think you have to be more specific than ****

I wonder what we would all be saying if Ribot had been in this era. His first Arc was won with jockey pulling him up. The official winning distance of his second Arc was 6l but photographic evidence showed it was 8.5l. Sea Bird's official winning distance was 6l (though photographs of the finish show it to have been closer to four and a half lengths). Both horses were rated on the officially recorded distance. Something should be done about that. Cyc, please write a letter for me <laugh>
