Just been reading through the strike plans ahead of the TUC congress.. the unions are now ganging up to cause as much disruption as possible in the Autumn as possible. Takes you back to Red Ken and the miners strikes where union tried to bring UK to an en passe! We know from reports that quite a few labour MP's are backing the strikes and maybe even stirring it up? We are now victims of predators preying on the defenceless. After getting back to Economy in the black and having £trns used to back up people and jobs during covid and victims of Putrids war and blackmail with food oil and gas the unions are seizing on a weakened gov and population to fill their own pockets!! Ganging up to maximise the amount of hurt and horror it is going to put on the innocent? My postie said to me on Sat [ when I said thought you were on strike ] naw again on Wednesday. He is anti strike but has to .. he can see the problems this causes. Parents are pensioners but just out of reach of pension credit and struggling now. he has wife and 4 kids last 2 were twins! And says we budget and have a medium high mortgage eat well have holidays days out and a few luxuries like SKY with sports kids get Pocket money .. but last couple of months savings have gone down to about £10 a week as food has gone up. So all the strikers get their 5-10% or whatever we get a rise .. his comment " we get a rise that pays for all the increases because of the extra wages paid to all those on strike ... my parents get sod all as do millions who dont get pay rises" ....... He is right ... or is he wrong? Dockers on fantastic amount of money .. as stated by one " the dock owners make a mint and can afford it" [ basically we want some of it sod people in need or waiting for goods! ] Railways most on well above average wage ... but Railways losing money as to pay them have to put up fares and some people will abandon the trains ... ? vicious circle Post office, with the parcel companies using cheap rate PO rates they cream off the more profitable items! STAMPS GO UP more and more use third party postage. the BOE forcasts inflation and have a number of basis to do so ... they can see, as we can, if you look the vicious circle we are in more wages = higher prices = less sales = businesses fold === so more people out of work = .gov has to pay more unemployed = rises in tax = more people wishing to strike = more wages .....................................
apologies the lines there must be strike out action on here somewhere ... certain key stroke/strokes????
Whoever gets the PM job (we all think it will be Liz Truss) has one of the biggest challenges in our history to even halt the slide and wokeness pervading most of our society In no particular order this is facing the nee PM 1 - cost of living crisis including gas and electric costs 2 - illegal immigration 3- the NHS 4- law & order 5- education 5- the civil service 6- the arts There are rumours that Kemi and Suella will get cabinet positions but the madness needs to be squashed and soon !
there has been a few shocks in the past with the under dog just making it past the line! The cabinet is the most important .. should Liz indeed get it then Rishi has shot himself in the foot by backstabbing Boris! .. and going at LT in first few interviews like a pit bull intent on chewing a rag doll to bits .... that put me off him bigtime. there is a budget due soon [ or part budget ] Reigning in the strikers and the lazy people who after the "luxuries of COVID freebies" dont want to work!!! Amazing how many thousand Ukranians have actually taken up work and are filling gaps the lazy brigade wont with their free food state hand outs and for some black market jobs!........ these should be on the new PM's wish list. Your list is spot on and highlights the vicious circle aspect! At the moment we owe [ as do other countries trillions due to covid ] Tax's are designed to give a balance sheet showing a surplus ... we are spending [ take a figure of say every ... ] £bn' on immigration [ arbitary ] annually, it equates to around a £pound a week from all tax payers, not a lot but £1 a week from all tax payers, it could sort out building a couple of hospitals! There is of course the thoughts and instances of illegal immigrants contributing to other local costs... health and security wise! we have to borrow this money! gas/electric hand outs ... 26 million + households x £ 150 = £3.8bn need to borrow this money ! NHS /law and order .. this money pre covid was available and ear marked out of annual budget ... now fused in with present debts? ... likely we will have allow for borrowing ! ECONOMY .. WELL wont work need handouts and freebies massive costs .. also companies needing to pay more so up prices as staff hard to find.. lazy barstewards .. [ pubs suffering ] shops businesses need help or go out of business and so no business rate tax income = vicious circle. WE HAD AUSTERITY 8 - 9 years getting rid of Labours debt to have a period of shangri la, low inflation money in pockets [ earned ] now we head into the dark ages not knowing what will come next ... certain /various workers holding us to ransom and making it worse ... let alone what evil Putrid has in store for us ... I feel for the generations younger than me ... it all comes to a stop. viz..... take the stock market! [ its like banking and the economy etc ] .. there is a certain amount of shares available [ all companies, maybe 99,000,000,000,000,000 + ? ] you buy and sell [ not swap! ] but after a period of time the market crash's to readjust itself , 1000' end up losing lots of money, but 1000's have cashed in early and money is in the bank or spent.. [ after 30 years of wheeling dealing taking money out regular and keeping a log it shows that my current holding is, today, not a lot higher than the money I have taken out! If i cashed it in it would be all profit though ] we are heading for another crisis a black Monday/ black Friday .... QUES at ATM's loaf of bread £2 pint of milk £2 bag of sugar £3 lb butter £9 fish and chips £20 pint of bitter £12 etc etc etc
We certainly don't want to become a cashless society. Once hard currency is withdrawn the population are at the mercy of the government. Take Canada for example, when a single parent contributed to the anti vaccine truckers protest, and promptly had her bank account frozen. That's a dangerous path to go down. The food, fuel and Gas/Electricity rises will affect the working families the most. Those on benefits will be bailed out, and the rich won't bat an eyelid. It's also interesting to see that Merseyside Police have arrested 170 people involved in violent crime and carrying weapons since the little 9 year old girl was shot dead last week. Maybe if they'd been a bit more proactive before that shooting, and had actually been doing their jobs, then things might be a lot happier for that family Just saying
quite often a tactic used to flush out a wanted person ... professional criminals dont like the water being disturbed to much this is like a tsunami .. they will working over time to find the killer ..[ or name ]
