I used to have a ps3 but the laggy online play annoyed me. So i joined the dark side and got a xbox 360, first xbox ive every had. Have to say the online is so much better.
Can't wait! I want to see how underrated our players are going to be so I can make a formal complaint...!
EA Sports ratings of clubs in the Football League always were poor, particularly the player development of such players. For example, every fifa prior to 11 I built Saints into the greatest side in Europe, on hardest difficulties and everything. On Fifa 11, got Saint to the Premier League in five years, and kept them up as lower mid table for a further three, on an overall budget of around £10 million. No Sky payments taken into account, or player development, as I was remarkably able in using Lallana quite realistically, and he scored some delightful goals for me after jinking runs, yet he never topped skilled 71. Because the board difficulty was was legendary, as I kept the club survivng with no budget the board ex[ectations kept rising, until they wanted solid top half finishes, whilst my squad was really Championship quality, and threadbare. After third survival season, I was sacked. For the first time ever on a fifa game. I enjoyed two happy years at Wolves, with domestic cup successes, but again poor player development, so I am now at Sunderland, who have given me a slight degree of financial backing, plus have many saleable assets to raise funds for the team. However, I lost much interest after Cortese found me surplus to requirements. They must sort outplayer development and realistic budgets which take into account promotion or Europe-money, or I will lose interest! See, I do believe I am the true Nige. On the plus side, I play as Saints online, and regularly beat players using Barcelona and Manchester United, as I am so used to the team chemistry and positioning I know where Lallana's run is without looking, or whether Lambert is heading to the front or back post, or the exact amount of power Lee Barnard needs to guide the ball into the top left of the goal, instead of the top left of the stand. So yeah.
I won a lot of money playing Monopoly today should I give it to Cortese to invest in a new player? Real life is light years away from any computer game. It is so sad when people cannot distinguish betwen a stupid computer game and real life.
Incredibly sad. Same as when people can't distinguish between light-hearted conversation and religious fervour.

If they are respectable ratings in comparison to the rest of our league then I will leave it be. If not I will alter a couple of stats so they go up in ratings by 1 or 2 Also when the fame comes out the first thing I do is make sure they have the correct boots (or nearest make). I think it adds to the realism of the game. Does anyone else do this?
I don't but know people who do. Couldn't give a toss about boots! Ratings I definitely update though.
I update ratings and also squad numbers (for some reason it really grinds my gears if they're wrong). Strange little bit of OCD I have, but oh well.

Davis always looks realistic for us, as did Guly, Jaidi, Lallana and Barnard, even if they did not have their very own game faces.
I thought Lambert looked quite similar. I hope some of our players have those proper faces like the video above
Well considering each new Fifa merely brings tweaks, importing a vast amount of player faces would be an improvement that us loyal Fifa addicts probably deserve. Also fifa needs improving on the number of grounds styles, and the crowds (i.e. most grounds are never full at all, absolutely ridiculous, plus the crowds need to make more noise.)
FIFA 10 was fantastic coz it was the first game I had on Xbox 360. The last FIFA game before that, that I had played was FIFA 2008. Was really looking forward to FIFA 11 last year and I was majorly disappointed as the only thing they had changed was the main menu I hope it has the new faces thing for all teams and more boots
