That's very harsh. Dyer doesn't even know where the ball is
However, he did flick his hand out to the side. His arm is coming up and if that hits the ball then, no penalty, but I thought he flicked his hand out to the side and pushed the ball away.
That's very harsh. Dyer doesn't even know where the ball is. Spurs are very lucky that was given.
He couldn't see the ball. He didn't know where it was and wasn't looking at the ball. A handball has to be deliberate.

I can see why Spurs were given a penalty. His arm wasn't in a natural position. A bit harsh but Dyer shouldn't have had his arm out like that.
Bollocks. The biggest issue of all that I have with the decision is that the ref couldn't even see it. He wanted to give Spurs a penalty.
Bollocks.
I think when it comes to what goes through a referee's mind I know more than you. I can guarantee he didn't want to give Spurs a penalty. That implies he is biased which is complete garbage. He may have seen it, he may have guessed or one of the other officials saw it and they told him through his earpiece. My opinion. I can't prove it and you can't prove otherwise.

As a referee myself, I have a fair idea.I wasn't aware you were inside the referee's head.

I was just thinking that if we had some luck and a few Refereeing decisions we might actually get a result or two?
