I think they should've got the trial out of the way, I can't see how he can play for England when we have black players, including the brother of the alledged victim, as a team-mate, squad harmony and all that, whilst the case is hanging over his head. On the other side of the coin I looked at some of the 'video evidence' the first one I saw looks like he called someone out of shot a blind ****, and the other video he clearly says something first which is obscured by someones head.

Stripping JT of the England captaincy before proof of guilt isn't just a violation of human rights but just goes to show how corrupt and biased the FA is in favour of Northern clubs IMO.
I'd be willing to bet my bottom dollar that the next captain appointed will play for United or Liverpool.
We all know that if Terry played for any other club people would be more rational. They wouldn't do this if Terry played for United or Liverpool IMO.

Trial should have been done by now but we can't change that.
My view is the fa now can't just wait for the outcome of the trial and need to conduct their own investigation. At present it just looks like the fa are just bowing down to external pressure and not doing their job. Wonder what Cappello thinks of it all.

No its did not go to court , becuase no member of the public made a complaint to the police.
