Ticket details for home leg announced: https://southamptonfc.com/news/2016-12-02/southampton-liverpool-ticket-information-efl-cup

Ticket information for Southampton’s EFL Cup semi-final first leg against Liverpool has been confirmed.

Claude Puel’s men will take on Jürgen Klopp’s side at St Mary’s on Wednesday 11th January 2017, with a kick-off time of 7.45pm GMT, in what is sure to be a memorable night at St Mary’s.

Saints will be hoping to secure a positive first leg result, as they compete in their first EFL Cup semi-final in 30 years, before the return game at Anfield two weeks later.

Tickets are on sale in the following order:
    1. Tuesday 6th December (9am): Season Ticket holders
    2. Monday 12th December (9am): Official Members with a purchase history from the 2016/17 season
    3. Wednesday 14th December (9am): Official Members with a purchase history from the 2014/15 season onwards
    4. Friday 16th December (9am): Supporters with a purchase history from the 2016/17 season
    5. Tuesday 20th December (9am): Supporters with a purchase history from the 2014/15 season onwards

Please note, Season Ticket holders will have their usual seats held until 8.30am on Monday 12th December. All unclaimed seats after this point will be released for sale.

All sales dates are subject to remaining availability. Please note, tickets are limited to one per eligible Supporter Number at all times.

Tickets will be priced as follows:
    £20.00 for Adults
    £18.00 for 18-21 year-olds
    £18.00 for Over-65s
    £12.00 for Under-18s

Don’t forget: Half Season Tickets are still on sale, meaning supporters who purchase one before the first Liverpool on-sale date will be able to secure their reserved seat for the cup clash. Click here to buy your Half Season Ticket.

Supporters with a purchase history can buy an Official Membership here, ensuring they can gain access to Liverpool tickets in advance.

Love the way they're trying to sell some memberships and half season tickets for this <laugh>

Glad to see that we aren't giving them any more than a league game now we don't have to :)

As I said in the Arsenal thread I've always thought that giving the extra block of the Northam always put us at a big disadvantage in cup games.

Don't think that will get past window 3 at most to be honest, maybe even 2. I imagine pretty much every ST holder will want to got and we have a lot of members due to Milan. I imagine a bit of a scramble between members to be honest. I should be okay though, don't start work until 12 on the 12th so will be there at 08:55 getting ready :)

I'm just glad they've kept the sT holders window for the week as I am travelling next week with some senior bosses and unlikely to get time on Tuesday/Wednesday toneven book tickets... gives me some space at the end of the week before they open up.

I've turned into a right plastic....I don't like evening games and I especially don't like evening games in the cold.<wah> Not being a baby...cold makes me feel poorly. You will all have to yell twice as hard for me.

So are many on here planning on going to Anfield for the second leg?

We should get 5k+... so I reckon will probably go to members with hopefully another EL away game a couple of weeks after.

I'm not sure if we will sell that out or not... probably depends on Thursdays result (and draw) and the result of the first leg.

I'm thinking about it, too far for there and back in a day though so will be a hotel job if I go.

Do we know when they go on sale? If I'm being cynical, you'd think the club would want to be selling them before the first leg, for that exact reason.

So who do we want? I would really like a tie away to very small side, but sadly Portsmouth aren't in the cup.

Stourbridge away will do me nicely!

Eastleigh/Halifax at home. No travelling before the semi would be nice.

Liverpool away to United/Chelsea would be good too.

Norwich away isn't the worst one it could have been. Very winnable.
