Aiden O'Brien runs TEN SOVEREIGNS in this 1200m sprint turf race on Saturday at Randwick (Sydney). He tried to win the race last year with US Navy Flag but I think you will probably all agree that Ten Sovereigns is a cut above last years trier. Here he is 12/1 although down under the bookies are offering 20/1. I think he is a very interesting runner. Cue the obvious odddy jokes, mountain to climb etc etc
As long as the jockey doesn't have that (double-) glazed look in his eyes and his coat isn't starting to Moult
It's going to be a cracking race Stick. Between them, the runners they've earned more than 22,000,000 GBP. O'Brien like his chances with Ten Sovereigns as he has speed from the barrier. His trainer has said he expects the horse to go forward from the wide gate, so maybe he can get a sit somewhere just off the pace and storm home. 26-1on offer. I'm sort of leaning toward Santa Ana Lane, but would love to see Nature Strip hit the ground running, but he's drawn the outside and doesn't always jump cleanly. This is only the third running of The Everest, and no other horse except Redzel has won the it. If he can put himself into the race at the furlong, he'll bring the house down.
Whats the best way to stop people from taking advantage of Mount Everest: Climb it change (I'll just get my coat)
