Watching Spain might look boring to some people but I do love their elegance, speed, passing, class ... and the Improbability of losing a game. They are champions without a crown but still playing the way of football at its best.
Wow, Spain have 65% possession and 812 passes, and have been trying to attack all night, but very few clear cut chances to show for it, certainly not many more than the Italians. I have very much enjoyed the way they have played though.
Here we go. Got to fancy the Italians on penalties, which is of course the kiss of death for them.

I think for the quality of play throughout tournament they deserve it, but Spain were excellent tonight. A great game, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Let’s hope the game tomorrow lives up to this standard and England win.
