Talked to him this morning and he was talking them down and England up….and then reminded me that they drew the first 3 games last time when they won it, and it doesn’t matter how teams play at the start as long as they get through etc. He might be singing a different song now……

Only saw last 10 minutes Portugal v Germany but score suggests a cracking match....... CR7 did a bit of showboating with a flick and blind lay off and one of the panelists on RTE, Dieter Hamman took exception to it saying he thought it disrespectful to opposition........can't please all the people presumably......
