    I am sad for Wales. Portugal are very lucky with no wins in our group and a penalty kicks win in the last stage. The nation should not be in the final match.

    They are but then we'd take that as England fans!

    Wasn't really much of a game and the 2 goals killed Wales (had to be Ronaldo didn't it..poor Bale will probably get it in his ear all season at Madrid now)

    Germany or France would win the final I feel if they play well enough.

    A bit of an anti-climax but Wales and Iceland lifted the tournament for us disillusioned England fans! Don't like Ronaldo as an individual but his athleticism is impressive, especially the leap to head the goal.

    We have the daughter of our French friends staying for a month, she would normally be celebrating in central Toulouse but we made a lot of noise and had a couple of bottles of Chablis to make her feel at home, great match.
