    Was really enjoying this, but can't see how Italy can compete now with 10 men, they will do very well not to concede another couple. Two excellent teams.

    I switched off after Italy went down to 10 men.

    TBF to spain, they didnt do a swansea and they actually crossed the halfway line.

    Agree, lot less cautious tonight. Respect to the Italians as well, they didn't come to sit back and I thought they were doing well down the wings until the second went in. Didn't deserve this scoreline, but then I do have a big soft spot for Italy.

    The big difference in the first half was the Spanish pressured the Italians on the ball outside their own box, the number of times Italian defenders gave the ball away inside their own half was a testament to the tactics which won them the game. Once they were down to 10 men it was all over. Jordi Alba is my Player of the Tournament...

    All in all, I thought that was a great tournament. Some great games, great goals and drama and played in a good spirit. The best team won.
