A few people in Koeman's corner want one so why not?

When I moved to Serbia 12 years ago there was a Serbian joke that went along the lines of: We will keep applying to join the EU but no-one wants us. By the time we are allowed in everyone else will have left and Serbia will be the EU. It's not really funny but it's probably true!

If I lived in Spain I would take the vote seriously. (there are immigrants and emigrants into and out of the UK)
 
It hasn't been agreed by mods yet. Generally politics is a taboo, so they have to agree to it first.
 
Cue the long list of MPs, putting forward their in/out advice, based on what the companies they "advise" want them to say, and not what the public need to know.
