Free education only applies to primary schools.

Did Le Pen stipulate the exclusion of fees at Primary level?

In any case the UN charter also states that there should be 'progressive introduction' of free education at secondary level and that education should be available without discrimination. France has free secondary education so your point is moot.

Should, not 'must' hence the progressive bit.

Okay, as you're determined to conflate them.

If they move to France, and they have an option to become French citizens, they're no longer 'foreign' and get the education.

If they don't want to be French, why should the French fund them?

I don't think it's right that someone should be forced to change nationality because their parents happened to move to a new place. I'd also question what else she'd plan to introduce. Will non-Christian or on-white kids be next?

They should get free school education because their parents will pay tax assuming they work. Because they're likely to grow up and use their education in France to benefit France too.

Nope

Parties are required to make education free at all levels, either immediately or progressively

All of these must be available to all without discrimination

Le Pen spouted off 2 years ago that school meals that provide a pork alternative for Jews and Muslims should be banned.

For that to be true as you've written it, Scotland is in breach.

HIGHER education <doh>

You do realise that the UK Universities charge foreign students higher fees than UK citizens don't you?

Just seeing how far your values extend.
Let's see how far yours extend....

Do you think it's right for Le Pen to say she'll charge immigrants for education for their children, despite it taking 5 years to attain French citizenship?

Also, do you think it's right that her party have banned pork alternative school meals being offered to Jews and Muslims?
