With respect to Putins move into Crimea, the only thing i will say from everything i read is that imo the EU started it all by overthrowing the existing Ukraine government.

The context of that clip should include the wider policies that are currently in place. Policies like the poking of Russia and tactics around China.

This country is in desperate need of more children as we have an ageing population. First of all we will need people to actually do the work to keep our economy and services running and for people to pay into pension pots so we can draw our pensions.

Our current pension contributions and pension pots are used to pay the pensions of today's pensions. It will be the contributions of today's kids that will pay my pension and so on.
