Forecasting isn't an exact science, particularly when you're talking about economic forecasts, as there's so many variables.

Every decent sized business in the country works to forecasts of some sort or another, and they're all capable of being wrong, as no-one has a crystal ball, but they're still vital to planning.

Exactly, that's why I don't jump all over these forecasts, when published, to try to justify my position or decision that I or the UK made.

I'll leave that to others on here <whistle>

<laugh> You keep desperately making claims for other people, no matter what's put in front of you to show your bullshit is shot to bits.

    Tedious Tobes in deed.

Sorry but I don't agree. As pissed off as we would be, it doesn't give anyone the right to deliberately kill someone. Just my opinion.

They do serve a whole life sentence. Being on parole, they have to account for their whereabouts every minute of every day, in effect serving part of their sentence outside of prison, but still subject to the scrutiny of the parole board. For example, they can be breathalised or drug tested at any time.Their sentence never ends and they can be yanked back into gaol at any time for any reason.

Er, economic forecasters are paid to forecast the likely direction of economies.

And they are forecasting a ****storm. Would you rather the chancellor ignored them and based his planning on slogans written on the side of a bus?

Nope if they kill some intentionally then they serve a real full life term. Under current rules, if they keep their nose clean then they are free
What about the poor sod they killed?

Faur enough if that's your view. Just pointing out that a lifer out on parole is still legally under sentence. They certainly aren't free, they are restricted in where they can go, what they can do, and who they can associate with.

    Ugh,
cant we just forget this referendum happened?
Am getting annoyed with it now.

Its sounding as though this is never going to happen anyway, its just going to get bogged down in endless red tape, take years and cost us money.
    This is silly.
    Cameron is a ****ing moron

The majority of individual bankruptcies are people aged between 35 and 54. The under 25s and over 60 make up a small proportion.

No, its just that the forecasters did their forecast, then right at the end, added the caveat that it all may be completely different, based on what Brexit deal we agree with the EU.

Not enough in my view. Still, if that's how you feel mate then fair enough. We'll agree to disagree. <ok>

True that none of these ****s have got much right in the last 10 years. They might as well be reading chicken gizzards.

The weather forecasters don't get much right either. People still listen to them though.

Can you not see the difference??

You're lumping some bloke who comes home early from work and finds his best mate shagging his missus with the cold, calculated, premeditated murders committed by the likes of Sutcliffe, and this guy who was just jailed this morning.

It's ridiculous! Where's the extra tariff for premeditation?? For the murder of small children.

Trying to lump all these hugely different levels of culpability and criminality into some kind of 'one size fits all' sentencing policy is ludicrous!

My apologies, I thought you were referring to the under 30 type age group.
In essence, my comments still remain. These people have grown up in an environment of easy lines of credit.

Sorry but I don't see the difference. The life of anyone is as important as anyone else. As I said, I think that deliberate murder should carry a full life term. It's deliberate whether it's premeditated or not.
