Campaign slogans should be factual. Allowing them to be bullshit undermines the democratic process.

You could start by having an appreciation of what those rags are trying to do.

No, it doesn't explain anything, it might add some context to them. Your views of that of a hideous Neo Nazi.

There are plenty of nations around the globe where racial tolerance is either largely lacking or in its infancy of development. Quite why you're so ashamed of it is your problem

How can Islamophobia be racism when Islam is not a race?

Is saying 'Stronger In' a factual statement? Besides, I wasn't talking about any campaign slogans, you brought that up.

Won't this just represent the difference in Left vs Right?

That's not what you said earlier...

"I want to know where your cultural roots are, given that you're a protector of culture, it's a perfectly reasonable question, as those cultural beliefs have obviously formed part of the reason you now you view the World in the way that you do."

If you read and take seriously, The Excess, any reasonable person would question your intellect!...

How often do I need to buy the Mail for my opinion on it to be acceptable? Do those who write off The Guardian as left-wing nonsense read it regularly enough for you?

You seem to be avoiding accepting the source of an article is important. When the content is poorly researched nonsense with the aim of pandering to morons the source is going to be criticised.

If the comment was simply dismissed because it was from the Grauniad, you'd perhaps have the beginnings of a point.

To dismiss a point without discussing it, simply because you don't like the media that posted it is ignorant and dishonest and achieves nothing but make you look like a narrow minded bigot.

Far better to explore the issue, especially as some outlets don't cover some issues at all.

Unlike the others that chuck the word around, I do know what a bigot is.

To help you, the first definition google kicks up is "a person who is intolerant towards those holding different opinions".

Hiding behind claims about the media outlet, is just a poor way of avoiding talking about the topics.

The trend on here isn't to discuss, it's to object, or personalise. That's hardly a sign of a strong argument. it hints at self doubt on the issue.
