If the individual governments are failing, and they form part of the whole, why would we want to be involved? Won't we just be subsidising them?

The comments Trump made about immigrants and Mexicans were identical to ones made by Clinton.

In that context I agree. Virtually all papers have an agenda - mostly a right wing one.
I the case of Brexit, however, the papers were more divided. Although the usual far right rags (Fail & Excess) were publishing their normal one sided, senstionalised rubbish.

    Occasionally, some papers do.

However, it almost certainly won't be either of those two. The Fail and Excess are not newspapers, they're comics...

I know it's down to opinions but I find the BBC to be really left wing biased.

NO newspaper tells the truth, they tell whatever story that sells papers. Some are more subtle, I'll give you that, but they all have a political and sensationalist slant.

Obviously this is a widely held belief about the BBC but, even as a lifelong Tory, I've never really got that impression about the organisation.

Looks like the Daily Kustard is panicking that the Kick 'em Out At All Costs Brexit may not happen.

And here's the last paragraph of that article from ( who else!) The Fail...

'Growth accelerated in most Major Seven economies in the third quarter of 2016, with the exception of the United Kingdom and Germany, where growth slowed to 0.5 per cent and 0.2 per cent, respectively, compared with 0.7 per cent and 0.4 per cent in the previous quarter.

As I said its opinions, but I've got to the point where I find watching the breakfast news a waste of time, especially during certain times / events. Why ask guests to come in and then talk over them.

So Trump wants Farage as British Ambassador. Didn't know he got to pick our politicians as well as his own?

That's how nutso the guy is. He genuinely seems to think he's taking part in some reality TV show.

He'll eventually cut his own throat. The bookies today cut the odds on him being impeached/serving a full term.

    I quite like the i.

You are right of course but I don't think anything comes close to the ridiculousness of the Mail. It's like they're wumming their own readers.
