We will leave the EU which was the choice made by the people

What the politicians won't allow to happen is that we leave the EU at the expense of torching our economy

You keep making a claim I haven't made, and then expecting me to prove it. <doh>

You and others try to drag your own and other peoples personal lives into discussions, so it's hypocrisy to draw the line where you do.

A lot of the 'discussion' on this board ends up being about personal issues, attacking the messenger rather than the message, the paper rather than the article. I think that's a poor form of discussion.

I have not dragged my family into this at all. Nor anybody else's. So, once again, you're full of ****!..

Attacking the message or the messenger is all part of whst goes on here. If I didn't accept that, I'd leave.

Once again, you're trying to deflect the topic away from what was being discussed, because you don't have a point.

Now, for the last time, point me to where I have personally abused another poster's family, or openly condoned it in any way, or shut the **** up.,...!.

Parliament will sign off on us leaving the EU that is a certainty

However it's on what basis they give the Govt the mandate to do it that the court case has delivered

If May brings a bag of *** packet Bill to the house that gives no detail on what they're intending to have as the 'red lines' i.e. Single market access, then I think it could well be voted down, and certainly so in the Lords. I which case she'll have to come back with amendments that satisfy the House.

I agree that it's not the MP's duty to vote with any Bill that is put before them merely because of the 'will of the people' it's their duty to do the right thing for the country. The will of the people will be ultimately be delivered but it's in what form that is where we are now.

You still keep making a claim I haven't made and expecting me to prove it. <doh>

You've brought your personal life onto here, you've even posted pictures of your paddling pool. Others pry and poke into personal lives.

The point you claim I don't have, is the one I keep making. You abuse others, and you fail to chastise others for abuse, so you're a hypocrite for cluttering the thread up complaining about receiving personal abuse.

As I've said several times, the debatable point is where that line is drawn and we're not going to agree, The rest is just you trying to spin things.

I think the Daily Mail should be banned for the defamatory remarks made about the 3 judges who were merely upholding English law ... just saying...:)

I realise that this will be devastating for Pete and some others but solace can be found in 'SS Home And Abroad' and similar magazines... :)

It's up to our PM to set out the boundaries of what their aim is. What he's a saying is that without single market access being a red line, he won't vote with the bill.

What that means in reality is what's been said all along that we'll have to retain free movement, unless the 3 stooges can somehow come back with a compromise

    More pointless bullshit.

So, what you're saying is that you still have nothing and would like to deflect the topic onto something else?

Personal abuse has been used and received by me, I admit. But never at a family member. There's the difference!...

You're the hypocrite for trying to accuse me of exactly what you do yourself.

Mr Corbyn said the opposition would not allow Article 50 to go ahead unless Mrs May agreed four principles.

    These are:

    • access to the single market
    • a commitment to EU workplace rights
    • guarantees on safeguarding consumers and the environment
    • A pledge to commit funds for any EU capital investment lost by Brexit
    <applause>

That goodness at least one of our politicians is approaching this in a sensible way.

The outcome of any negotiations will include a lot of compromises. It means it will be red bands rather than lines, or more likely a broad brush outline of plans.

A pity that old bag of wind didn't do something when the referendum decision was on the line.

Just shows me that he's more concerned with his personal crusade against the Tories than he is with the economic future of the U.K.

I'm deflecting nothing. I've stuck to the same point right the way through despite your lies and obfuscations.

If you seriously believe that, you're either completely delusional, or have an exceptionally poor memory!...

The single market access is the biggest issue for the economic future of this nation, it's therefore a red line, there is no fudge around that point, as it's not something that can be watered down.
