Come back when you have a point that's relevant to said topic.

Maybe you could start by answering the questions posed when challenged about the absolute bollocks you posted this afternoon.

Just thought I'd pop in and ask a serious question. Parliament has been ordered by the High Court to vote on triggering article 50 after the "advisory referendum". Not sure if anyone on here remembers me asking this very question back in June, after the vote. At the time most people (on both sides) said it wouldn't happen. Seems like that this is now a reality.

At the time my question was, which way will politicians vote considering the "advisory referendum" was NOT based on parliamentary constituency boundaries, if you all recall. It was based on regions which I thought was slightly stupid at the time considering the situation we are now facing. It means that MPs can vote in the way they want to, to a great extent. Another reason why MPs can vote in what they believe, irrespective of the "advisory referendum" is that the General Election is 4 years away and I doubt the momentum that only 52% managed to muster up, will likely be repeated again. General Elections are rarely a single vote issue, as we saw in the last GE when UKIP didn't get many constituency votes or wins. Bearing all of this in mind, which way will parliament vote?

I think we will scrape past the commons, but the lords will **** it all up. All hypothetical as the appeal will be a success and failing that, our pals at the European court will do the right thing :p

Appeal by who? Serious question. I've looked in to previous advisory referendums and subsequent parliementary votes to the best I can, so not sure who appeals against them.
