Legal case lost by the government.

Teresa May = lame duck

She could always take the case to the European Courts.

Why cant they just accept the will of the poeple
That's not what's happening you clueless plum.

I assume you'll expect the government to accept the court ruling and cancel the appeal? Or do you still think that the government is the highest court in the land? <laugh>
 
I called this months ago, the fact that the referendum was advisory and not binary made May's claim as weak as piss.

As I've said, Kustard, this is a constitutional matter. The Law Lords have decided that May does not have Royal perogative. That it belongs solely to parliament and to The Queen.

It will be appealed, but I don't expect it to be overturned. Brexit will go to parliament.

Having said this, do I expect parliament to vote it down? No!...
