    I've never understood how it's supposed to be a criticism, to be honest.

    What does Pete think these tests will prove?

    I've had several done on me by potential employers and all they provide is tendencies and not a definitive 'This is a nutter' alert.

    Would you reject someone whose scores suggest they are easily upset by change or who struggle to understand alternative views?

    Both could mean someone who reacts badly and even violently on a certain situation, but can you say they are unsuitable to enter the country?
